• Cancellations are considered effective on the date of receiving cancellation order.

• Any fees incurred prior to the effective cancellation date remain due and payable.

2. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

For ongoing or recurring services, such as monthly SEO, digital marketing retainers, or web maintenance contracts, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Notice Period: A minimum notice period of 30 days is required for the cancellation of any ongoing services. This allows us to ensure a smooth transition and the final delivery of any pending work.
• Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for services, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service that fall within the notice period. Services will continue until the end of the paid term.
• Termination Mid-Project: If you cancel services midway through a project or retainer, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date, including any unrecoverable costs (such as third-party services or tools purchased on your behalf).

3. Cancellation of One-Time Services

For one-time services, such as website design or specific SEO campaigns, cancellations will be handled as follows:

• Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
• Cancellation After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be responsible for paying for any work already completed and any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. This will be deducted from any prepaid amounts, and a partial refund may be issued if applicable.
• Non-Refundable Costs: Any fees associated with third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, paid ads, or software licenses) purchased on your behalf are non-refundable, even if cancellation occurs before the completion of the service.

4. Non-Cancellable Services

Some services provided by SERPSquad are non-cancellable after work has started. These may include:

• Advertising Campaigns: Once an advertising campaign has been initiated and budget allocated, it cannot be paused or canceled mid-campaign. You will be responsible for the full cost of the campaign.
• Third-Party Services: Any services that rely on third-party providers, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads, are subject to their own cancellation terms and conditions.

5. Termination by SERPSquad

SERP Squad reserves the right to terminate any service agreement with clients for the following reasons:

• Non-Payment: If payment is not received in accordance with our payment terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.
• Violation of Terms of Service: If a client violates any of the terms outlined in our Terms of Service, we may terminate services immediately.
• Inappropriate Conduct: SERP Squad reserves the right to terminate services in the event of inappropriate, abusive, or unethical conduct by the client.

In the event that we terminate services for any of the reasons mentioned above, no refunds will be issued, and you will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date.

6. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation of services, any remaining deliverables will be provided up to the cancellation date, if applicable. Access to any software, tools, or platforms provided as part of the service will be terminated upon cancellation unless otherwise agreed.

7. Amendments to This Policy

SERPSquad reserves the right to amend or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly.
