These Terms of Service (TOS) govern your use of the digital marketing services provided by SERP Squad. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of the services provided by SERP Squad, including SEO, Web Design service, PPC or any other Digital Marketing service; you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies we provide in relation to our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SERP Squad specializes in the following services:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) using white-hat techniques.
Local SEO and GBP Optimization.
Web design and improvement for Search Engine ranking.
Digital advertising for local, national, and international markets.
Social Media Management and Content creation and publishing.
Other Digital Marketing requirements or Campaign management.

We offer these services to businesses of all sizes and provide a consultation to assess the best strategy for your needs.

The time and pricing will be further stated on the website and agreed upon through consultation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You (the client) agree to provide accurate and complete information needed for us to deliver our services. This includes website access, GBP profile and maybe to certain extent, your business social media account (depending on the task and the service you have taken from us)
Timely Collaboration: You agree to cooperate with us by providing necessary assets, content, or credentials (e.g., website access) promptly. We will declare a specific time and date for our project to commence and end. When we commence our operation with you, we wish you to be patient with us for that time.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your website and business comply with applicable laws, including those related to intellectual property, content restrictions, and privacy regulations.
No-Third Party Involvement: While we serve you, we would wish that you do not involve any third party for the same purpose. If for a different purpose, we would prefer that you provide us with any form of awareness. This is to make sure that the involvement of third party does not interfere with our operations.

4. Payment Terms

Fees: Pricing for services will be provided in the proposal or contract. Your agreement will be taken in advance of the payment of all applicable fees for the services you purchase from us. We will not be able to commence or continue our work without payment confirmation.
We will not provide half or microtransactions opportunities.
Invoicing and Payment: We will issue invoices, and payments are due as stated in the proposal/contract. Payments may be made via our provided and trusted channels.
Late Payments: Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension or termination of contract and service.
Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our sole discretion, based on the nature of the service and the reasons for cancellation. [See Refund Policy section.]

5. Service Performance and Guarantees

While SERPSquad employs proven white-hat SEO techniques and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings or traffic improvements. SEO results depend on various factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm updates, market competition, and user behavior.

What we promise is the complete delivering of our service according to the highest standards that will put you in an advantageous position on the internet. Usually that alone brought satisfactory results for all our clients.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the SEO strategies, web design assets, and any marketing materials created by us for your business.
Content Provided by Client: You warrant that all content, logos, images, and assets provided to us are either owned by you or you have the legal right to use them.
Third Party Properties: If third party is involved, any intellectual property they have right on are strictly theirs and are to be used in their terms.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.
Data Protection: SERPSquad abides by relevant privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for handling personal data of the UK and European Union residents. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

8. Third-Party Services

Some aspects of our services may involve the use of third-party tools or platforms (e.g., SEMRush, Local Dominator etc). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their policies, performance, or availability. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERPSquad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter related to the services provided will not exceed the amount paid by you to SERPSquad in the contact duration preceding the incident.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. If you terminate the service, you may be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of prepaid services, subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay as agreed, or violate any laws or regulations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK and the state or country you are in (for clients outside UK). Any legal disputes or claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved legally in the court (court location shall depend on client and SerpSquad business relation).

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that arise under these Terms or regarding our services will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.

If negotiations fail, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration, in accordance with the rules of arbitration (American Arbitration Association if the client is based in USA, London Court of International Arbitration if the client is based in UK, or other applicable arbitration body if client is from other regions).

13. Requesting for Testimonials

We may request for a Client Testimonial from you after successive completion of our service. This testimonial that we will collect from you will be featured in our website and other platforms in the form of content. We will use testimonials to earn trust form future clients/ create case studies for future stakeholders to learn from/ inspire audiences with our success stories/ use however we find useful as we will have right over it.

14. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
