Refunds for services rendered by SERPSquad are not guaranteed. However, we may consider providing refunds under specific circumstances, which are outlined below. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair consideration.
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
a. Service Cancellation Prior to Commencement
If a client decides to cancel services before any work has commenced, they may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.
b. Non-Performance of Services
If SERPSquad is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons within our control (e.g., failure to initiate a project or deliver key milestones within the agreed time frame), a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the level of service already provided.
c. Failure to Meet Agreed Milestones
If SERPSquad fails to meet specific, documented milestones or deliverables agreed upon in the contract or proposal, a partial or full refund may be offered, provided the client has fulfilled their responsibilities and cooperated with the project requirements.
d. Errors in Billing
If there is an error in billing or an overcharge, clients are entitled to a full refund of the overpaid amount.
Refunds will generally not be provided under the following conditions:
a. Completion of Services
If the services have been fully delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
b. Client Delays or Non-Cooperation
If a project is delayed or cannot be completed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, feedback, or cooperation, refunds will not be issued. In such cases, any prepaid fees will be retained by SERPSquad to cover work already completed.
c. Third-Party Service Fees
Any costs associated with third-party services (e.g., web hosting, paid advertising, tools, or software) that have been purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable. These fees are governed by the terms of the third-party provider.
d. Results-Based Refunds
SERPSquad cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as first-page rankings on Google) due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO. As such, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with SEO results, rankings, traffic improvements, or other subjective measures of performance. See the Terms of Service section.
